About these terms
These terms apply to your use of chickenroad.radio.am, including this Canadian edition, which is published by the team behind chickenroad.radio.am. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may contact you only if you email us at [email protected], as described on our contact page.
General content, not advice
Everything on this site is general content about the Chicken Road game, its sequel, payments, legal context and responsible gambling. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not take your personal situation into account. Gambling rules in Canada are set province by province and can change; where we describe them, we do so in general terms. Before acting on anything you read here, check the current rules in your province and, where needed, speak to a qualified professional.
No guarantee of winnings
Casino games, including Chicken Road, are games of chance. Outcomes are random, and over time the house keeps an edge. We do not promise or guarantee any winnings, and nothing on this site describes a method that can beat the game. Figures such as RTP, bet ranges and maximum wins are declared by the provider or listed by third parties, may differ between operators, and should be confirmed in the game's info panel before you play.
Your responsibility to follow the law
You are responsible for making sure that online gambling is legal for you where you live, and that you meet the legal age set by your province. Ontario and Alberta have regulated private markets, other provinces offer online gambling through Crown platforms, and grey-market sites operate outside provincial regulation. Using an unregulated site may leave you without protection if something goes wrong.
Mentioning a platform, operator type or payment method on this site is not a statement that it is available, legal or suitable for you. Availability of Chicken Road changes from lobby to lobby, and it is your responsibility to check the licence and terms of any site before you register or deposit.
Affiliate disclosure
Some pages contain promotional links to casino operators. If you sign up or play after clicking one, we may receive a commission. These links are marked as sponsored and do not change the facts we publish or the warnings we give. Operators are separate third-party businesses; we do not control their services, terms, bonuses, payments or decisions about your account.

Limitation of liability
We work to keep our information accurate and current (see how we check facts), but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, error-free or up to date at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from decisions you make based on its content, or from your dealings with any third-party website or operator, including gambling losses.
External links
We link to regulators, helplines, the game provider and, on some pages, casino operators. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of external websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date shown on the page indicates the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
