Your data

Privacy policy

The short version: we collect almost nothing. This site is plain static pages with no cookies, no analytics, no ads, no tracking pixels and no forms. Our hosting provider sees basic technical data to deliver the site securely, and if you email us we keep your message only to answer it. The details follow.

Contains promotional links.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website is the team behind chickenroad.radio.am, contact: [email protected]. This policy applies to all pages of chickenroad.radio.am, including this Canadian edition. You can read more about what the site covers and how it works on our about page.

What we collect, and what we do not

This website is built from static HTML pages. We deliberately keep it simple so that we do not need your personal information. In particular, the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or statistics tools, uses no tracking pixels or advertising networks, shows no ads, and has no contact forms, comment sections, accounts or newsletters.

We do not build profiles about visitors, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your data for marketing.

Because there is nothing to sign up for, you can read every page of this site without telling us who you are. We think that is the right default for a site about gambling, a topic many people prefer to research privately.

Hosting and server logs

Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which acts as our hosting and content delivery provider. When you visit a page, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver it and protect the site, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser type and basic device information. This data is processed for security, for example to block attacks and abuse, and for reliable delivery.

We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors or to track behaviour across pages. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy and may handle it in countries outside Canada, with the safeguards described in that policy.

When you email us

The only way to contact our team is by email. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in your message. We use this information only to read and answer your message, and to fix the page if you report an error. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose and for a reasonable record of corrections, and we do not add you to any mailing list. Please do not send sensitive information such as identity documents or financial details; we do not need them.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to external sources such as regulators, helplines and the game provider, and some pages contain promotional links to casino operators, as disclosed in our terms of use. When you follow a link and leave our site, the other website's privacy and cookie policies apply, not ours. Casino operators in particular will collect personal data, set cookies and run their own checks when you register or play. Please read their policies before you share any information with them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, privacy laws in Canada and elsewhere may give you rights to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. In practice, the only personal information we might hold is an email you sent us. To make a request, write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the privacy authority where you live, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

This site is about a gambling game and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the way the site works changes, for example if we ever add a new service. The date at the top of the page shows the latest update. If we ever introduced cookies or analytics, we would update this policy and our cookie policy first.
